Pay: $17–$22 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking motivated individuals to support for a hands-on labor role. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hardworking team player who enjoys learning and can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual labor tasks as assigned, including lifting over 50 lbs

- Follow directions accurately and efficiently

- Support equipment operations and maintenance as needed

- Work independently with minimal supervision

- Apply basic mechanical skills to assist with equipment tasks (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

- 21 years of age or older

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
