Paint Supervisor
Location: Catoosa, OK
Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Friday as needed (40–48 hours per week)

Our team is seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Supervisor to join a fabrication facility in Catoosa, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive industrial coatings experience who also has proven leadership ability. The right candidate will not only have the technical knowledge to oversee paint preparation and application, but will also be comfortable scheduling work, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that the team meets deadlines safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead a crew of 2+ painters in an industrial environment.
Schedule paint booth usage to align with project deadlines and equipment deliveries.
Oversee surface preparation including pressure wash cleaning, sanding, masking, and rolling.
Manage coatings application using brush, roll, and spray techniques with epoxies and urethanes.
Request and manage paint supplies to avoid downtime.
Maintain paint equipment and ensure the shop is operating safely.
Promote and enforce safety protocols to keep a clean, compliant work environment.
(Bonus skills: moving heavy industrial equipment, supervising forklift operators, administering safety programs, and coordinating annual third-party inspections.)
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in industrial paint/coatings operations.
At least 3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial coatings processes and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate people, schedules, and supplies.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the role including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
Must be comfortable wearing full PPE including respirator, gloves, face shields, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection.
Reliable transportation is required. (Relocation assistance is not provided.)
Work Environment
This position is located in a fabrication facility with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and shop conditions. The Paint Supervisor will need to be hands-on and able to support the team while maintaining high-quality standards.
