Job Title: Talent Partner (Contract)
Location: 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $27–$28/hour
Contract Length: 2–3 months (covering extended leave)

Job Summary:
 The Talent Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success for assigned units. This role focuses on providing high-quality candidates while ensuring positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers through proactive communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage candidates through proactive sourcing.
  • Review, pre-screen, and interview candidates to determine fit for position requirements.
  • Process internal transfer requests.
  • Present qualified candidate pools to hire managers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Determine compensation offers using authorized methodology and extending job offers.
  • Manage post-offer processes after contingent offers are accepted.
  • Coordinate and attend recruitment events.
  • Reconcile recruitment reports with position control and management to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Adapt effectively to changing conditions while carrying out non-routine procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including frequent interactions with director-level staff and above.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum one (1) year of related recruitment experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Knowledge of general HR practices, including state and federal employment regulations.
  • Familiarity with effective recruiting and marketing strategies.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems.
  • Competence with electronic reporting and communication tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Recruitment experience within healthcare facilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field required.
