Accounting Representative II | Tulsa, OK
Pay: $18-$20/HR, DOE
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Perform premium accounting/clerical transactional activities, with appropriate segregation of duties, which may include the following:
- Collection of premiums.
- Posting agent payments.
- Reconciliation of account discrepancies.
- Follow up with agents on various reports.
- Trace transactions and verify policy information and account status.
- Provide customer service to agents and insureds by phone and/or email regarding billing questions and taking payments.
- Review and calculate premium due including fees for Reinstatement Offers.
- Create trouble tickets (i.e., adjust billing, reverse fees, waive fees, etc.) within billing system as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Excel.
- 0 – 2 years of related experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
- Insurance Industry experience is a plus.
