PRN RN- Women's Clinic Recovery Room

Women's Clinic Recovery Room Registered Nurse (PRN) | Tulsa, OK

$30-$35/HR, DOE

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-anesthesia care for patients undergoing IVF procedures in an onsite recovery room.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess recovery progress, and address any post-operative complications.
• Administer medications and interventions as needed to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate smooth recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule:

• PRN basis, primarily required during IVF cycles.
• Weekdays: 7:45am to noon (may vary depending on patient load).
• Occasional weekend shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 7:45am to 11am.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma.
• Prior experience in post-anesthesia care or recovery room setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care in a women's health setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent PLUS Valid RN license in Oklahoma.
• Prior experience in post-anesthesia care or recovery room setting preferred. 2-3+ Years RN Experience Required.
