Exam/Test Logistics Coordinator

Up to $25 per hour DOE

Position Summary:

 In this position, you will have the primary responsibility for overseeing the Certification Department from initial customer contact to completion of their required exams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the exam session to completion by working with trainers/customers to coordinate specifics of paper-pencil exam sessions

  • Verify eligibility of exam applications

  • Assist with proctoring coordination

  • Oversee shipment of exam packages through delivery

  • Provide customer service to training organizations as well as individual candidates

  • Be available to provide occasional (seldom) after-hours assistance on international calls

  • Monitoring of exam schedules

  • Assist in the creation and scoring of tests

  • Develop a deep understanding and working knowledge of scoring and testing software

 

Required Skills:


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Extremely high attention to detail

    • Ability to interact effectively and patiently with multiple diversities within the cultures

    • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management 

      • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects (multi-tasking)

      • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

      • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid ofnew challenges

      • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

      • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems

  • Bilingual is a plus
