Summary:

Responsible for on-site field visits to supervise the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment. Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment and perform routine repairs. Partner with customers to ensure excellent communication and service. Responsible to insure all new or modified installations of equipment and electrical components have been completed to ensure full functionality according to applicable industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications. Review performance reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment to determine nature and scope of problem. Analyze inspection reports to determine source of problem. Make repairs, replacements, or other corrective actions. Coordinates problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments to expedite repairs. Maintains records of reports. Responsible for submitting reports to the Field Service Supervisor. Provides recommendations to Field Service Supervisor on recurring equipment problems noted in the field to instigate corrective action in design, production, and/or service to eliminate future problems.

  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Must demonstrate and exhibit professional qualities when speaking with employees, whether in a one-on-one scenario or a group setting
