Physician Assistant Needed For Thriving Primary Care Clinic! | Tulsa, OK

Pay : $100K-$130K, DOE

A new, innovative healthcare provider devoted to improving the lives of our senior members is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant to join their team! We deliver best-in-class care at comfortable, accessible neighborhood clinics where seniors can feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness-focused community. • Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only

Ideal candidates will be:

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary

• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine

• Current BLS/ACLS certification

• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions

• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members

• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs

• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization

• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
