Commercial HVAC /Industrial/Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager
Direct hire (selected candidate will go directly onto the payroll of our customer)!
Up to $85,000/Year
Paid Medical and Dental, Simple IRA with company contribution, paid holidays and vacation
General Duties:
-Review bid documents and construction sites
-Accurately apply labor to bid pricing
-Manage vendor and subcontractor bids
-Make bid quotation conform to bid requirements
-Communicate with installers
-Build relationships with owners, contractors, vendors and subcontractors
-Order materials and equipment
-Review project costs on a regular basis
Requirements:
-Thorough understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installation and codes
-Four years or more commercial plumbing estimating experience which includes project management
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
-Valid Drivers License
