Administrative Coordinator – North Central San Antonio
Pay Rate: $21.64/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Central San Antonio (Industrial/Showroom Environment)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to be the face of a small, fast-paced office. You’ll be the go-to person for phones, scheduling, and handling key administrative and logistical tasks. This position requires strong communication, excellent time management, and comfort working in a casual but active work environment (jeans okay – showroom can get dusty!).
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Accurately enter data across multiple platforms (SupplyPro, Sage, etc. – training provided)

Process invoices and track deliveries and materials

Manage truck schedules and coordinate pickups with drivers

Receive and log payments each morning for accounting

Support the sales team with general office duties

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

2 years of office experience

Strong familiarity Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Organized, dependable, and proactive

Comfortable in a busy, hands-on environment
Environment:

Small team (3 total) – must work well independently and collaboratively

Desk located in the showroom – interaction with walk-ins, builders, and vendors

Casual business attire (jeans okay)

Punctuality is a must – being on time is highly valued
