Inside Sales Call Center Representative

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $17.30/hr plus commission/bonuses

Job Description

• Generate sales opportunities by making 130-150 outbound calls daily to prospects in our existing database to schedule on site visits for Outside Sales Representatives.

• Update leads in the system with accurate coding and detailed notes based on each call's outcome.

• Map out targeted areas, considering the distance between appointments, to optimize scheduling.

• Play a critical role in driving the company’s top-line revenue growth by ensuring the success of lead generation efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.

• Previous outbound call center and/or inside sales or telemarketing experience

• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to perform well under pressure.

• Proficient with computers; prior experience with administrative tasks and/or CRM software is preferred.
