Food Production Lead

Our client who is a food product supplier based in Dallas, TX is looking for a Food Production Lead (Wrapper Lead). This position will work in the Wrapper department.

This is a direct hire opportunity, full-time, 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 12am

Duties:
- Monitor wrapper machines for consistent quality
- Prepare machines/materials for productions
- Pre-Op and Post-Op Sanitation
- Maintain communication with leads, supervisors, and management
- Main employee relation issues with Production Manager and HR
- Direct/train personnel on safety procedures and communicate company policies/ procedures including HACCP and GMP
- Report any food safety/quality issues to Production Manager
- Cover other positions as necessary if they are absent
- Ensuring production area is well kept by ensuring everything is cleaned

Requirements:
- High School/GED preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Experience with Food/Beverage industry preferred

Pay: $18 to $19/hourly
