Medical Education Program Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking a Medical Education Program Coordinator to join our Provider Recruitment Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and managing student provider/nursing/pharmacy programs. Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as creating and coordinating program schedules. The Coordinator will also serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and orientation activities. Knowledge of student internship programs and medical rotations is strongly preferred. This position offers a competitive wage of $23 per hour and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities:

Recruitment, screening, and interviewing of Advanced Practice Practitioners, students, and residents

Creating and coordinating program schedules

Serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding and orientation activities
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Associates degree preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in coordination and/or management of student provider/nursing/pharmacy programs

Knowledge of student internship programs and medical rotations strongly preferred
Wage: $23 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
