The Plus Group is seeking an experienced POS (Point of Sale) Help Desk / Service Rep for a Temp/Hire position with a client that is located in Concord.
The Help Desk/Customer Service person will be responsible for assisting external customers who may need technical support for their POS terminals. Prior experience with supporting customers with POS equipment such as for card processing payments is required. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Additionally, being technically savvy to troubleshoot and assist customers with basic technical issues is essential for this position. Strong skills with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint are desirable.
Pay: $21.50 Hourly + Medical
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM with weekend on call rotations approximately one to two weekends a month.
