Our partners at a leading manufacturer in the work truck industry, is searching for a National Accounts Coordinator to complement the skills and talents of our National Accounts Team.


The National Accounts Coordinator provides support to our sales managers for program projects and client initiatives. Those who excel in managing multiple accounts and tasks will thrive in this position.


Primary Job Duties:

  • Act as key liaison to support activities for NA customers, such as: Service issues, product ordering, adding catalog items, ongoing client requests and questions, etc.
  • Lead resolution of all EDI errors received by customers with EDI team.
  • Analyze chargeback and deduction anomalies to recommend action for cross-functional team members.
  • Review and distribute customer scorecards for outstanding issues or discrepancies & provide insights to leadership.
  • Communicate the client’s expectations to operations, customer service, supply chain and marketing.
  • Analyze accounts for sales growth opportunities & provide recommendations to the sales manager based on analytics data.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership team for processed improvements & track effectiveness.
  • Responsible for internal administrative upkeep of customer account details including program terms, shipping and routing guide distribution & other account details.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/ Experience:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required - not just data entry - calculations, V or XLookup, data.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Customer service focus and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Some travel required 1-2 weeks out of the year.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail orientation required.

Education Background:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Mobility and dexterity to move around office settings including accessing file cabinets or storage and navigating to different workstations.
  • Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods of time and engage in some repetitive motion.
  • Standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time.
