Join our team as is the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of charitable gaming products and solutions. We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager.
Position Summary
In the highly regulated charitable gaming space, this role is for an individual contributor with support from the broader Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and willingness to roll up his or her sleeves to get the job done. This role is on-site at our global corporate headquarters in Brooklyn, Ohio. The successful candidate will be a 'road warrior' traveling up to 30% visiting our sites.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to leadership team and advise on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
- In partnership with the HRD, investigate policy violations, investigations, and compliance issues and report out.
- Provide broad-based Human Resources support to salary and hourly employees covering all shifts.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices. Works with the HRD to review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and other systems.
Experience and Education
- BS/BA in human resources or related field required.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive human resource experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or retail environment.
- Must be able to travel up to 30%.
- HRIS experience is a plus, Paylocity experience would be an asset.
