A leading manufacturer in the Work Truck Industry is seeking a dynamic and strategic Pricing Manager to lead our pricing initiatives across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pricing dynamics, experience with volume-based pricing models, and the ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies to address complex challenges across various sales channels.

Primary Job Duties:
- Conducts a comprehensive analysis of existing pricing structures and provides recommendations for enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
- Develops and implements pricing strategies tailored to each sales channel that ensure consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Takes a proactive approach to pricing by continuously monitoring competitor pricing to ensure the company's prices remain competitive and maximize profitability.
- Monitors fluctuations in costs of products, components, and key materials, to ensure pricing accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.
- Expands existing Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) enforcement across all sales channels and spearhead the further development of an effective program for identifying and disabling unauthorized sellers.
- Develops and maintains pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
Skills/ Experience:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, advanced formulas).
- Experience with analyzing large, complex data sets and internal databases.
- Familiarity with pricing software and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Access, and SSRS is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence in presenting to all levels of the organization and interacting with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in general business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in pricing analytics or a similar role.
