Fulfillment Supervisor
The position of Fulfillment Supervisor Lead will oversee a group responsible for executing a fulfillment plan for a diverse and growing client base ensuring agreed upon service levels are met with 100% order accuracy. The Supervisor will motivate and educate team members and strive for continuous process improvements. The Supervisor will review areas of improvement with the Management team and course correction as necessary. Consistency with attendance and being on time are key to the leadership of this role.
The following are the key attributes and responsibilities for this role:
• Ability to effectively lead and prioritize tasks and bring any issues to the forefront to be addressed in a timely manner
• Order fulfillment and warehouse management system experience
• Maintain inventory accuracy either via a cycle count program or immediate research of discrepancies that arise during order fulfillment
• Forklift certification preferred (sit-down preferred)
• Troubleshoot system issues and efficiencies which may include exhaustive research prior to presenting findings and suggestions
• Ensure team is dialed in on business needs and adapts in a timely manner to execute priorities
• PC literate and capability to communicate via E-mail (Outlook, basic Excel, etc)
• A strong attention to detail in daily operations
• Ability to lead, work well with others and course correct performance as needed
