Fulfillment Team Member Job Description

The Fulfillment Team member will be primarily responsible for fulfilling orders for a diverse and growing client base, ensuring agreed upon service levels are met with 100% order accuracy.  This team member will bring to the attention of the Fulfillment Team Lead/Management any areas of improvement that can be identified.  Consistency with attendance and being on time are key to this role.

The following are the key attributes and responsibilities for this role:

  • Ability to work within a small group setting, as well as independently to support business needs in a timely manner
  • A strong attention to detail in daily operations
  • Order fulfillment and warehouse management system experience
  • Maintain inventory accuracy either via a cycle count program or immediate research of discrepancies that arise during order fulfillment
  • PC literate and capability to communicate via E-mail (Outlook, basic Excel, etc)
  • Forklift certification a plus, but not required
  • Background and Drug Screen are required. Must present an updated resume.
