Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL.
- Ability to supervise 40+ associates
- Multitasking, as he/she will be reporting and supervising multiple projects occurring at the same time
- Experience in WMS, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of contract packacking/fulfillment
- Knowledge of distribution/3PL/ fullfillment equipment
- Must be able to implement and enforce safety protocols, including SQF standards
- Must have a sense of urgency to complete all projects and reports on tight deadlines
