Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various tasks within our organization. Responsibilities:
Physical Labor: Perform a range of physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials and equipment.
Material Handling: Load and unload materials from trucks, and transport them to designated areas using forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment.
Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean and organized, including the proper disposal of debris and waste. Ensure compliance with safety standards during cleanup activities.
Tool and Equipment Operation: Operate various hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals. Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth flow of information and tasks within the team.
Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
Flexibility: Be willing to take on various tasks as needed and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility in working hours may be required.
