Customer Service Representative (Remote with Occasional Office Days)

Are you passionate about helping people and making their day a little easier? Talent Trak is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support to our customers—ensuring they have the best possible experience with our services.

In this essential role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, making travel reservations, resolving concerns, and guiding them through our transit options with empathy and efficiency.


What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly voice customers hear first—providing prompt, courteous service over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Assist customers with route and schedule information, fares, and service options to help them get where they need to go.
  • Handle ride reservations and scheduling using our trip-planning software.
  • Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Help customers locate lost items and navigate policies and services.
  • Support the Paratransit Dispatcher and ADA Officer as needed.
  • Occasionally work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on demand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people-first mindset and strong communication skills—whether over the phone or in person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new systems.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks and adapting to shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • Knowledge of the local area and ability to read maps is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or GED required.
  • At least two years of customer service experience preferred—especially in fast-paced, high-contact roles.
