Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily bookkeeping functions, including A/P, A/R, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Collaborate with other team members to support client needs and internal operations
Assist in the preparation of tax documents and financial statements
Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience required
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and general ledger software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
