We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing tech company! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Note: This is a fully remote role. However, new hires are required to travel to Birmingham, Alabama for one week of paid training. All travel and lodging expenses will be covered. After training, you’ll work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot basic technical and account-related issues
- Provide professional, timely, and empathetic support
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved
- Work with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the experience
- Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system
- Contribute to FAQs and knowledge base content
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a contact center (preferred)
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiar with CRM software or helpdesk tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Strong computer skills for navigating various software applications related to customer service.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
