Seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead a nationwide sales efforts and drive sustainable revenue growth. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and relationship management, especially within the Tax Credit industry or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with key accounts and prospective clients across multiple regions.
- Foster and expand relationships with existing customers to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, analyze competitor activity, and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials, promotional campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote services and cultivate leads.
- Analyze sales metrics to evaluate team and individual performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Share market feedback to help enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Stay informed on industry developments and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven success in a national sales leadership role, preferably within the Tax Credit or a comparable industry.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
