Job description

Production operators are assigned to a variety of roles depending on production schedule need. The pack out area requires operators to utilize and maintain various packaging, labeling and product sleeves to complete assembly of finished goods into a retail based shipping pallet. All process lines require packaging inspection that adheres to the company’s quality standards. Retort trolley loading and transport requires pacing and counting skills.

Must be able to interact in a team based environment within a working production cell, while demonstrating the ability to work independently. Must work to a standardized working run rate in all situations. Completes all tasks while strictly adhering to all required industry guidelines to include and not limit to; Plant safety, Food safety, SQF and all internal/external audits.

• Has a basic understanding of the GMPs and Food Security

• Complies and notifies the lead operator or Machine Minder of any safety, quality or production concerns

• Adheres to all factory food safety standards

• Performs Basic Sanitation Functions

• Performs all duties necessary to meet Company and or Government requirements / standards as prioritized by the Company, HACCP, and SQF

• Understands all Company policies, including GMP’s and safety policies, HACCP & SQF

• Effectively communicates with lead operator

• Completes assignments as scheduled

• Have reliable transportation

Experience:

• Manufacturing/Factory: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Conversational English (Required)

Salary: $15.00 - $15.75 per hour

• 10 hour shift

• Day shift

• Evening shift
