Our client creates better housing communities for all people by providing sustainable building solutions that reduce carbon, expedite construction, make affordable housing projects more profitable, and lower utility costs to owners.


As the Business Operations Coordinator you will support key internal company projects by providing support to the Business Operations and Finance teams. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Director of Business Operations, managing the purchase to pay process, inventory, logistics budget adherence. Additionally, this role will provide cross functional support to the finance team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

  • Manage the purchase to pay process. This will include monitoring the approval hierarchy, processing transactions, reconciling payment discrepancies, and measuring process compliance.

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for use during monthly leadership meetings

  • Support the PMO in the tactical management of the stage gate process

  • Prepare and archive required documents

  • Document process flows, engage cross functional teams and train

  • Execute sourcing events, perform financial analysis, and present results to senior leadership

  • Coordinate asset transfers with internal and third parties suppliers (overseas)

  • Develop complex Excel spreadsheets and process maps to establish best practice procedures


  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Project

  • Ability to interact with all members of the organization and cross functional teams.


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-3 years’ experience in operations, project management, finance or comparable field

  • Familiarity with transactional processing and attention to detail

  • Change Management and continuous improvement experience a plus

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Six Sigma certification is a plus

  • Experience with procurement and strategic sourcing a plus
