Job description
Full time Skilled Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance and operations of a Commercial Office Park.
Duties include:

Perform general maintenance repairs and upgrades to maintain property appearance and condition.

Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to service calls ensuring repairs are completed in a thorough and timely manner.

Responsible for ground maintenance, cleanup, and snow removal as needed.

Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities, identify repairs needed during walk though and prioritize jobs on a daily and week to week basis.

Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team.

Skills desired: General construction, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, general repair skills and some HVAC knowledge

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license a must.
Schedule:
8 hour shift, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
