Senior Director of Operations

TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Director of Operations – Health Care Division.

As the Senior Director of Operations, you will be responsible for management, coordination, and overall responsibility for the Health Care Division. In addition, this role will assist the CEO in formulating and administering organization policies.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• This position is responsible for workload, training, and equipment in the Facilities

• Medical Fulfillment with 13485

• Packaging, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving and Medical Quality Departments

• Coaches and manages the Operations Staff in operational activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives, and budget

• Responsible for the quality and quantity of work; the methods, equipment and supplies used; and the cost of operations

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation of these units

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Skills/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of 5-9 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must have experience with Health Care 13485 standards and audits

• Communication Skills

• Mathematical Skills

• Reasoning Ability

• Must possess or obtain a valid U.S. Passport and valid driver’s license

• All candidates must be able to pass a security background check with fingerprints and be able to obtain security clearance

• All candidates must pass a drug screen
