Our client is OFFERING A $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL CLINICAN POSITIONS!

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and provide clinical supervision and evaluate on going performance

• Monitor caseload size and coordinate intakes and discharges

• Ensure that any crisis situations are de-escalated and provide after-hours/weekend telephonic back-up for on call staff

• Facilitate daily team meetings, review progress of each youth in the program

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with others including schools, hospitals, other providers of services and law enforcement personnel

• Ensure that quality outcomes and youth and family satisfaction are achieved and that the program meets all funder expectations.

• Responsible for meeting any reporting requirements as requested by the funder

• Ensure the team is fully prepared for audits and will respond to any deficiencies that are noted during audits.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work,

• Must be LMSW certified or eligible

• 5 + years of experience including supervisory responsibilities

• Experience with youth with developmental disabilities

• Must meet agency driving and insurance standard
