Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle estimating and project management of industrial electrical projects, ensuring compliance with NEC and local AHJ requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering NEC-compliant solutions that cater to our clients' present and future needs. With your exceptional communication and leadership skills, you will manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and achieve project success while upholding our safety and quality standards. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Perform accurate and comprehensive estimates using Accubid software, presenting detailed proposals to clients. 

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying their electrical needs and providing tailored solutions. 

  • Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers, ensuring clear and open communication throughout projects. 

  • Obtain AHJ approval for drawings, load calculations, and other necessary documentation as required. 

  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers to reach equitable agreements when needed. 

  • Oversee all aspects of projects, including schedules, budgets, labor, and materials, ensuring successful project completion and profitability. 

  • Uphold high standards of ethics, safety, and quality in all project activities.


Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in full-cycle estimating and project management for commercial electrical projects. 

  • Extensive knowledge of NEC and local AHJ requirements. 

  • Texas Electrical Journeyman License (preferred but not required). 

  • Strong resource management and critical thinking skills. 

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. 

  • Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in information analysis and decision making. 

  • Working knowledge of Accubid and Accubid Live Count systems.


Job Type: Full-time Salary: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
