- Job description:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Job responsibilities:
- Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs.
- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair pipes and plumbing fixtures.
- Test plumbing and other installed fixtures to ensure proper function.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Job qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage a work log.
- Undergo drug screening and background check.
