Solar Installer

Talent Corps is hiring a Solar Installer. 

Job description:

Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar PV panels. Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standards. Connect PV panels to the electrical system. Apply weather sealant to equipment being installed.

Job responsibilities:

• Labor intensive, dirty work.
• Can install racking systems for commercial grade solar sites.
• Disassemble, install, and reassemble solar modules at solar plants.
• Obtain tools, fixtures, dies, etc., and handle materials incidental to production operation.
• Attending all required training classes (e.g., safety, equipment, job, etc.).

Job qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Solar Experience
• Racking Installation experience required!
• Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.
