Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour

TMD Staffing is seeking a Soldering Technician to join our client’s production team in Plano, TX. If you have steady hands, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Hand solder electrical components at the end of the assembly line
Inspect solder joints for accuracy and functionality
Follow diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
Support overall production flow and help meet team deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Prior soldering experience (through-hole or surface mount preferred)
Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and reliability
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
