TMD Staffing is hiring Ushers & Ticket Takers to work at the Alamodome for the NCAA March Madness event in San Antonio, TX! This is your chance to be part of one of the biggest sporting events of the year while gaining valuable experience in the event industry.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person
SCHEDULE: Varies based on event schedule.
PAY RATE: $12.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist guests with ticket scanning and entry
Guide attendees to their assigned seats
Provide excellent customer service and event information
Ensure venue policies and safety regulations are followed
QUALIFICATIONS
Friendly and customer-service oriented
Reliable and punctual
Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available on event days
