We are in immediate need of a skilled and conscientious Maintenance professional for our client in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. Our clients include some of the best employers and locations in the area!

Our staff's workweek is typically 5 days a week and we have work typically every day of the week and every possible shift schedule available. This is a long-term temp-to-hire opportunity that pays in a range of $14 - $25+ an hour, based on your experience level, how quickly and safely you master the work and how capable you are interacting with clients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• General facility up keep & repair

• Trouble shoot & repair HVAC

• Small electrical repair

• Customer Service

• Perform move out custodial support

• Carpet cleaning, paint freshen, lock changes and other tasks as they arise

• Push/Pull Ability; up to 150 pounds assisted

• Capability to work with a request time line, self directed and public work environment that may have fluctuating temperatures and loud noise levels while working with machinery in a safe and conscientious manner

• Must be able to adhere to safety standards

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
