We are in immediate need of motivated Construction Laborers to travel to Colorado and build precast concrete panels. This is a very physical job and requires you to work in an environment with dirt/dust, noise from heavy machinery, vibrations from machinery and vehicles and little to no climate control. Our client has an impeccable safety program, and you must have an unwavering commitment to a safe environment.
Our Construction Laborer’s work week is typically Monday through Friday, working first shift from 6:00am to 4:00pm, six days a week. This is a long-term contract opportunity that pays in a range of $20-22 an hour, based on your experience and skill level. There is a $25 per workday per diem and weekly hotel room is covered. This project is expected to last three to six months.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• An unwavering commitment to safety
• Work with co-workers to strip, set-up and pour the bed in a timely manner.
• Hook up cables to panels
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment, including, but not limited to forklifts, bobcats, and cranes
• Make sure panels are set straight and level with proper placement
• Load trailers for the first round the next day
• Assist crane driver in locating panels
• Write down all panel locations (moves, trailers the loads went on, where they are yarded and cast numbers)
• Check panels for any damage or for tags
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Physically able to lift to 100 lbs, bend, stoop, kneel and climb
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job including, but not limited to pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Prior OSHA safety training is preferred
