1 day 4-5 hour shift cleaning out apt for new tenant.
if you have someone that is a good fit & has experience, I would be happy to pay $20.00 hour plus your fee. It is part-time (ongoing common areas of buildings), but can be full time based on unit turns, which we have a lot of in the foreseeable future.
