MAINTENANCE : An employee maintains plywood mill equipment. Great dexterity with hands and fingers is required. Bending and lifting are very frequent. Lifting and carrying objects up to 75 pounds ,operating forklifts , man lifts Proficiently. Climbing ladders up to 75 feet tall are necessary requirements. This employee must be able to work in very tight equipment . Work irregular hours including holidays and weekends. Mechanical repair may include cutting, welding, cleaning of machinery and or parts . All of this takes place in a dusty , dirty , occasionally humid environment. Must be able to work well with others under stress.
