Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may be longer during peak season)

Job Description: TEAM is hiring a dedicated and organized Seasonal Office Administrator for a local client in Plymouth, Washington. This role supports daily administrative functions and ensures smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of handling various clerical tasks. This seasonal position offers the potential to transition into full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general office work, including filing and document organization
• Make copies of inventory receivers, bills of lading, and other necessary documents
• Prepare product receivers for incoming inventory
• Complete month-end procedures as designated by the Division Office
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously
• Order necessary office supplies and forms
• Process invoices correctly, including ARS system, filing, and separation
• Enter customer checks daily into the system
• Enter and code vendor invoices into Accounts Payable
• Assist with new employee orientation and paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related administrative experience
• Ability to lift and move 25 – 30 pounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Reliable transportation to Plymouth, WA
