Warehouse Generalist Duties include but not limited to: • Unloads and receives deliveries of customer products. • Places product safely and securely in appropriate warehouse location. • Retrieves and loads customer products as directed on shipping documents. • Operates forklifts and/or electric pallet jack. • Participates in product counting, relocation and assigned inventory processes. EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE • High School diploma or equivalent. • Previous forklift and/or pallet jack experience. Willing to train on-site. • Ability to operate electronic equipment, such as RF scanners, radios, or computer. • Ability to read and write load diagrams, shipping orders and work instructions in English. EQUIPMENT USE/PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Ability to maneuver 75lbs and work in cold environment. • All duties require frequent sitting, walking, standing, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level. • Safety toe boots –Make sure they are warm enough for subzero temperatures (900 grams) I/75 C/75 REQUIREMENTS • Able to work well with others. • Reliable transportation. • Excellent attendance. • US Work Authorization (E Verify) WORKING CONDITIONS WORK ENVIRONMENT Cold environment HOURS / SHIFTS 3pm -11:30pm M-F Weekends as a volunteer basis. 8:30am- 5pm | 6:30 am-3:00pm SALARY/BENEFITS $17.00/hr +$.25 Shift differential Pasco $17 | Prosser $17.15 | Grandview $17 PPE/ATTIRE Insulated work clothes OTHER This Job is deemed Safety Sensitive with duties and responsibilities that if performed while under the influence of drugs or alcohol could lead to a lapse of attention that could cause actual, immediate, and permanent physical injury or loss of life to the employee or others.
