Complete hotel maintenance tasks assigned by supervisor or front desk on a day to day basis.
- Execute general maintenance repairs such as painting, replacing light bulbs and filters, fixing switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, caulking, and grouting.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel grounds, while performing yard work as needed.
- Maintain pool and pool area.
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order
- Report potential safety hazards to the direct supervisor.
- Effectively communicate material needs to the direct supervisor.
- Assist other departments as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist guests with TV, TV remotes. toilet issues, and all other maintenance related problems.
- Maintain and repair equipment in guest rooms and common areas.
- Other tasks as assigned
