What You’ll Do
Champion warehouse safety and lead incident investigations
Guide your team to meet KPIs and performance goals
Oversee shipping, receiving, and customer data transfer
Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve challenges swiftly
Conduct performance appraisals and assist with new hire onboarding
Run process audits, sort reviews, and ensure policy compliance
Facilitate training and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote a culture of safety, recognition, and collaboration
Who You Are
Experienced in warehouse or operations leadership
Skilled in safety protocols and performance management
Excellent communicator with customer service savvy
Proficient in conducting audits, training, and team evaluations
Organized, proactive, and driven to improve systems
Comfortable in 24/7, multi-shift environments
Knowledgeable in using data tools like Vantage (preferred)
