Machine Lead

The Machine Lead is responsible for overseeing the material feeding and foam crews to ensure efficient and safe machine operation. This role requires physical strength for heavy lifting and a willingness to learn machine operations. The ideal candidate is certified with clamp truck forklift experience and demonstrates leadership on the floor by coordinating team efforts and maintaining production flow.

• Lead and support the material feeding and foam crews

• Operate and assist with machine setup and function
