General Labor

Will be working in a VERY DUSTY, DIRTY recycling plant. A lot of activity - rail cars, cranes, forklift, skid steer and other moving equipment. Safety is a must. Gloves, glasses, hard hat and vest's are supplied. EE is responsible not to loose. Very physical job, standing long periods, bending and lifting as they shovel debris (recycling products) into large buckets, buckets (up to 15lb) will be lifted and emptied onto conveyor.. EE will sort by hand recycling materials coming down the conveyor in bins. May also be up on the catwalk - 10-12 ft (w/handrails) feeding and picking materials in and out of conveyor belt. EEs must watch safety video in our office and sign no cell/electronic EQUIP agreement, attendance policy. Pay increase is based on performance once hired.
