Ground Maintenance/Sanitation
Hours: 7:45am-4pm Monday - Friday with weekends as needed
Pay $16.00 per hour
Must have a valid driver's license and clear background
Job Duties:
- Will be working in the Maintenance department
- Collecting refuse and Recycling on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays
- Landscaping/ Mowing/ weed Wacker/ leaf blowing
- Cleaning drains
- Installing signs
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Miscellaneous tasks on Wednesdays
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Have 2+ years of landscaping and sanitation experience
- Ability to left up to 50lbs
