Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hardworking and fearless Industrial Cleaner to join our team at a grain facility. In this vital role, you’ll ensure the cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of our 100-foot-tall steel tanks and other facility structures. If you're comfortable with heights, enjoy physical work, and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize the interiors of 28 steel tanks and 3 large concrete towers.
- Remove grain, dust, and debris by sweeping, shoveling, and manual cleaning inside bins and silos.
- Climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks — up to 100 feet high — to access all cleaning areas.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning tasks and promptly report any maintenance needs or hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and compliant work environment.
- Assist with various tasks such as loading trucks, shoveling debris, & more.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in industrial, custodial, or warehouse cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout a full shift.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
