    Part time Accounting Administrator 

    Pay: $18-$20/ hour with weekly pay 

    Schedule: will work 20-25 hours each week between the hours of 8am-5pm. Will get a set schedule based on what works best for you 

    Location: Holland Ohio 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • This Office Administrator position provides support to company operations including purchasing items, data entry of vendor bills and other financials, and maintaining office supplies and presentation
    • Order items from vendors using purchase orders. Using Excel and Quick books • Record invoices from vendors: using Quick books and Excel 
    •  Support company operations by maintaining clerical systems and processes, including answering company phone.
    •  Administer office services by purchasing and maintaining office supplies. Exporting financial reports from Quickbooks for company use. Maintain and edit controlled documents using MS Word • Plan and organize company events
    • Book travel arrangements for team members. Skills and Experience 

    Requirements: 

    •  2 years continuous experience in administration/clerical role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
    •  Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop version 
    • Proficient in Adobe Basic Clerical duties
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
