Parts Department Representative

Supplemental Staffing is hiring a Parts Department Representative for a company based in Holland, OH 43528

• Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with over the phone customer service and applied mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
  • Data entry using Microsoft Offices
  • Some mechanical knowledge
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
  • Logical thinking with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Prior experience with all above qualifications
• Longevity with 3 most recent jobs (1+ years at each job prior)
• Clean Background Report (no felonies or misdemeanors) 
• Clean Drug Screen Results 

Job duties will include:

• Assisting customers via phone call, email. fax, etc.
• Searching the database for parts, inventory, and more
• Data entry of all calls, assistance, and placement of orders

Hours: Monday - Friday: 1st shift- 8am to 4:30pm

• Pay: $17/hr.
