Welding Production Associate (1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift)

Supplemental Staffing is looking to bring on several 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Production Associates for a family and locally owned business that provides metal surface finishing services to customers. We are seeking qualified candidates for this client to assist providing high quality service!

*1st Shift: Monday-Friday 730AM-4PM

*2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30PM-12AM

*3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:30PM-8AM

Experience and Skills:

• Excellent attendance/longevity record. Minimum of 3 years or more at 3 most previous jobs.
• Any employment gaps need to be explained prior to resume submission. 
• Detail oriented and well organized. Task focused.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prep products for specific coating such as Nickel or Chrome.
• Strong hand/power tool experience.
• Mechanical background.
• Prep work can include sandblasting, masking and/or grinding products.
• Follow coating procedures as trained in a safe manner while meeting quality requirements.
• The ability to perform procedures and ensure standard work instructions are being followed consistently and correctly.
• Maintain effectiveness when experiencing process changes in work tasks or environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as with other team members

Physical Demands:

• Employees will be frequently required to: stand, walk, reach with hands/arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Employees will regularly need to lift and/or move from 10 to 40 pounds by hand. Anything heavier will be moved by overhead crane with training provided.

Benefits provided once hired in.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
